TRAIN CHASERS is a rail enthusiast group that travels all over the United States for pictures & videos of trains of all kinds. We like to watch trains by learning how they run, operate and get all over the rail network. We chase all kinds of trains from steam to diesel to electric. We also go to museums & events that are held to celebrate the history of railroading and their heritage.

The Norfolk & Western J-Class 611 was restored in 2015 for the 21st Century Steam Program that ran from 2015 - 2017. N&W 611 ran excursion service in North Carolina & Virginia on the Norfolk Southern Railway.
TRAIN CHASERS makes plans to visit Chattanooga, TN & Atlanta, GA for some Norfolk Southern & CSX action along with a visit to the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum for some Steam action as well.
TRAIN CHASERS gets new trips planned to visit the western states for some out west railfanning. Next we head for Birmingham, AL for Norfolk Southern & CSX action in Alabama. We also head west out on the Kansas City Southern Railway, Canadian National and Union Pacific for some western railfanning.
